COOL Gift Cards

There is no better gift than a COOL Gift Card. We offer preloaded e-gift cards and gift cards that can be purchased online or in stores. You can choose any amount from $25, $35, $50, $100, $200, $300 up to $500.00 for loading on an eGiftcard at our online store.

E-gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient's email address. There is also the option of ordering a plastic gift card (delivery fees apply).

Our gift cards are made of durable plastic, so they can be stored safely in your wallet until they are needed. It is possible to spend the entire balance at one time or to spend it as you go. The balance will remain on the card until it reaches zero.
 
What is a Gift Card?

Unlike credit cards, gift cards function as gift vouchers. Gift Cards do not have a credit balance like a credit card. They have a positive balance instead.

COOL Gift Cards can be used to pay for purchases on our website and in any Coolabee store. Gift Cards can be used all at once or repeatedly.
 
Where can I buy a COOL Gift Card?

All Coolabee stores offer gift cards, which can be loaded with any amount between $25 and $500.
 
We offer e-Gift Cards for purchase on our website, which can be loaded with a value ranging from $25 to $500.

Our website offers physical gift cards that can be loaded with any value between $25 and $500. A shipping and handling fee is applied ($3.90), and all deliveries require a signature. It is therefore important to ensure that someone at the delivery address will be able to sign for the envelope during the day.

If I want something that costs more than my Gift Card, can I use more than one Gift Card or other forms of payment?
 
Yes. When you make a purchase on our website, you are able to use more than one Gift Card at the same time, as well as using a credit card to cover the total purchase price.

Our retail stores accept a variety of payment methods, so if your purchase exceeds the amount on your Gift Card, you may make up the difference with any other form of payment accepted there. As an example, a credit card or another gift card, an EFTPOS transaction, or cash can be used.
 
Can I add more value on to my Gift Card?
 
It is not possible to increase the value of a Gift Card once it has been purchased.

Can I return or refund a Gift Card?

A gift card cannot be returned or refunded. The following terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards.
 
Can I make a corporate or bulk Gift Card order?

Incentives, rewards, loyalty, and promotional COOL Gift Cards are available through Coolabee Corporate Services. The COOL Gift Card can be used as an incentive or as a gift for your valued staff, suppliers, and clients.
In order to make use of our bulk or corporate Gift Card ordering service, you must order a minimum of 10 Gift Cards or have a minimum order value of $1000. For more information, please contact us.

What are the Gift Card Terms and Conditions?

• Gift cards should be treated like cash. It cannot be replaced or cancelled if it is lost or stolen.

• A gift card does not have any value until it is activated at the time of purchase.

• Coolabe New Zealand Limited is the issuer of Gift Cards.

• The COOL Gift Card may be redeemed at any Coolabee store or on our website for products (excluding Lotto, gift cards, gift vouchers, or stamps).

• Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

• Unused balances on a Gift Card cannot be reloaded, and unused balances will not be refunded after the expiration date.

• There is a two-year expiration date on any unused value on the Gift Card.

• Gift Cards may be used to pay for goods in full or in part at the time of purchase. Gift Cards will be deducted from any purchases made.

• You can purchase COOL Gift Cards online or in-store.

• Gift Cards cannot be replaced if they are lost, altered, damaged, stolen, or used without permission.

• There will be no refunds or replacements for Gift Cards.

• The value of the Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credited to an account.
