There are currently no special delivery notifications.
DELIVERY
We consider each and every order we receive at Coolabee to be of the utmost importance. We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in a safe condition. Each order is carefully protected with bubble wrap or cushioned with paper to provide a blanket of protection. This is done before being placed into a cardboard shipping container or courier bag to prevent movement during transportation.

We will ship your order using the most efficient and secure courier service, and we will provide you with tracking information throughout the delivery process.
Within New Zealand
​
Aramex and New Zealand Post are the two primary methods of delivery in New Zealand.
The default delivery method is the Authority to Leave service for all residential and commercial deliveries. Courier Franchisees may leave parcels at the designated delivery address in a safe location out of sight of the public. You have the option to enhance your service by selecting "signature required," where the courier driver will obtain your signature upon delivery. If no one is available at home, a notification card may be left. Additionally, if your order is deemed of high value, our standard procedure is to upgrade your courier service to "signature required" for added security without prior notification. You retain the flexibility to switch to the "Authority to Leave" service at any time by visiting the courier tracking page.

Rural: If you live in a rural area, please allow an additional one or two days for delivery.

Bulk: Please allow an additional 4 - 10 days for delivery if you are ordering in bulk.

Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is ONLY available upon request, and an additional courier service charge is applied.

WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Regrettably, we are unable to offer delivery services during weekends and public holidays. To ensure the timely receipt of your item, we kindly request you place your order in advance.
PRE-ORDER DELIVERY
We are making every effort to ensure that your pre-ordered items reach your hands as swiftly as possible. However, please note that the estimated delivery time for items placed on pre-order is approximately 45 to 60 days.
PO BOX
Our courier partners do not deliver to a PO BOX address, please avoid using a PO BOX for your delivery
Timeframes for order processing:
Generally, orders containing standard components take between half a day and three working days to process. (Upon confirmation of payment)
Upon receiving your Coolabee delivery:

Before the courier leaves your premises, please ensure that the item(s) are in good condition and are not damaged. Please note that once the courier leaves, you are deemed to have accepted the delivery. In the event that an item is lost, damaged, or stolen after you have instructed or agreed by default to accept delivery, neither Coolabee nor the courier provider will refund or replace it.
Bulk Order Delivery:

Coolabee will choose the most appropriate freight/courier to deliver bulk orders. The freight/courier service provider may change from time to time to ensure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently. We use a variety of freight and courier services, including, but not limited to, Mainfreight, Mainstream, PBT, and Aramax.
